Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Milwaukee, WI)

Bright Meridian Health is a healthcare provider in Milwaukee with clinics and support teams, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our rollouts and implementations. Continuing education is supported. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving electronic records. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with electronic records. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Milwaukee, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
