Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Miami, FL)

Ironwood Bridge Arts Center runs a venue and education programmes in Miami. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on rollouts and implementations. Everyone pitches in on show days. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving visitor services. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with visitor services. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Miami, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
