Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Miami, FL)

Fernwood Glen Facilities is a facilities company in Miami with crews on day and night shifts, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our rollouts and implementations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving customer sites. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with customer sites. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Miami. • We reply to every applicant.
