Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Miami, FL)

Lumen Basin Hospitality is a hospitality company in Miami with restaurants, rooms and catering. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on rollouts and implementations. We work weekends and holidays and we make it fun. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving reviews and feedback. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with reviews and feedback. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Miami. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
