Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Miami, FL)

Cedar Forge Environmental Services is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on rollouts and implementations for service complaints, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 74 people based in Miami. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving service complaints. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with service complaints. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Miami. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
