Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Miami, FL)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Amber Construction and adding a Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be rollouts and implementations. Good people move up quickly. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving permits. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with permits. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Miami. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
