Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Miami, FL)

Greenridge Linden Facilities is a facilities company in Miami with crews on day and night shifts, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our rollouts and implementations. Bilingual teams are common. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving cleaning schedules. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with cleaning schedules. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Miami. • We reply to every applicant.
