Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Memphis, TN)

Rivermark Ivory Facilities is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on rollouts and implementations for cleaning schedules, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 496 people based in Memphis. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving cleaning schedules. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with cleaning schedules. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Memphis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
