Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Madison, WI)

Summit Loom Manufacturing is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on rollouts and implementations for production lines, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 31 people based in Madison. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving production lines. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with production lines. • PMP or CAPM certification.
