Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Madison, WI)

Silverline Bright Housing manages affordable housing communities across Madison, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our rollouts and implementations. Collaboration with local agencies is constant. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving resident services. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with resident services. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Madison. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
