Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Madison, WI)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Rowan Environmental Services and adding a Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be rollouts and implementations. Safety briefings happen every morning. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving collection routes. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with collection routes. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Madison, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
