Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Madison, WI)

Nova Hollow Freight is a Madison logistics company with trucks, warehouses and dispatch, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our rollouts and implementations. You would join a large organisation of about 566 people based in Madison. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with claims. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Madison. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
