Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Madison, WI)

We are growing our team at Silverline Union Inspection Services and adding a Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be rollouts and implementations. Independence and accuracy are our product. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving equipment calibration. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with equipment calibration. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Madison. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
