Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Madison, WI)

Foxglove Willow Housing Group manages affordable housing communities across Madison, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our rollouts and implementations. You would join a small organisation of about 38 people based in Madison. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving repair requests. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with repair requests. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Madison. • We reply to every applicant.
