Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Madison, WI)

Harborlight Meridian Inspection Services provides independent inspection and testing for industry across Madison, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our rollouts and implementations. Technicians travel and report carefully. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving equipment calibration. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with equipment calibration. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Madison. • We reply to every applicant.
