Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Louisville, KY)

Bright Meridian Care Services supports families and individuals in Louisville with personal care and coordination. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on rollouts and implementations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving visit scheduling. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with visit scheduling. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Louisville. • We reply to every applicant.
