Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Louisville, KY)

Clearpath Bridge Freight coordinates shipments and warehousing around Louisville, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our rollouts and implementations. Dispatch, drivers and warehouse staff talk to each other constantly. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving customer tracking. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with customer tracking. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Louisville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
