Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Louisville, KY)

Greenridge Amber Construction is a Louisville contractor with project managers, trades and support staff, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our rollouts and implementations. Good people move up quickly. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving change orders. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with change orders. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Louisville. • We reply to every applicant.
