Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Louisville, KY)

We are growing our team at Silverline Cobalt Medical and adding a Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be rollouts and implementations. Documentation is part of the craft. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving training materials. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with training materials. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Louisville. • We reply to every applicant.
