Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Louisville, KY)

Bright Meridian Care Services is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on rollouts and implementations for licensing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Teams support each other, especially on hard days. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with licensing. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Louisville. • We reply to every applicant.
