Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Little Rock, AR)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Cobalt Community Partners Group and adding a Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be rollouts and implementations. Mission matters here, and so does looking after staff. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving food distribution. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with food distribution. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Little Rock. • We reply to every applicant.
