Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Little Rock, AR)

Northwind Sparrow Arts Center Group is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on rollouts and implementations for visitor services, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving visitor services. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with visitor services. • PMP or CAPM certification.
