Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Little Rock, AR)

Cedar Bright Water Authority Group is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on rollouts and implementations for water quality, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving water quality. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with water quality. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Little Rock. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
