Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Little Rock, AR)

Highbridge Ivory Care Services is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on rollouts and implementations for licensing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 822 people based in Little Rock. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving licensing. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with licensing.
