Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Little Rock, AR)

Lumen Orchard Transit Planning plans bus and rail service for cities around Little Rock, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our rollouts and implementations. We like people who ride the bus and notice when things do not work. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving accessibility audits. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with accessibility audits. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Little Rock, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
