Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Little Rock, AR)

Highbridge Meridian Inspection Services is an inspection company in Little Rock with field technicians and lab staff. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on rollouts and implementations. You would join a large organisation of about 293 people based in Little Rock. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving field inspections. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with field inspections. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Little Rock. • We reply to every applicant.
