Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Little Rock, AR)

Amberfield North Auto Group operates automotive service and parts businesses around Little Rock. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on rollouts and implementations. Technicians are respected and trained. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with vehicle inspections. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Little Rock. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
