Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Little Rock, AR)

Amberfield Umber Health Partners is a healthcare provider in Little Rock with clinics and support teams, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our rollouts and implementations. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Little Rock. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving insurance authorisations. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with insurance authorisations. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Little Rock, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
