Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Little Rock, AR)

Lumen Wilder Pharma Group is a pharmaceutical company in Little Rock producing generic and specialty treatments. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on rollouts and implementations. Quality is everyone's job here, not a department. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving regulatory filings. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with regulatory filings. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Little Rock, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
