Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Little Rock, AR)

Fernwood Haven Auto Group is a Little Rock company supplying vehicle parts and service. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on rollouts and implementations. You would join a large organisation of about 762 people based in Little Rock. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with parts orders. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Little Rock. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
