Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Little Rock, AR)

Rivermark Ridge Construction is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on rollouts and implementations for safety records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Site safety is non-negotiable. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving safety records. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with safety records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Little Rock, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
