Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Little Rock, AR)

Stonegate Kestrel Housing is a nonprofit housing provider in Little Rock, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our rollouts and implementations. Housing is our mission and residents are our neighbours. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving lease compliance. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with lease compliance. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Little Rock. • We reply to every applicant.
