Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Little Rock, AR)

Cedar Thistle Auto Group is a Little Rock company supplying vehicle parts and service, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our rollouts and implementations. You would join a small organisation of about 140 people based in Little Rock. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving customer estimates. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with customer estimates. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Little Rock. • We reply to every applicant.
