Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Little Rock, AR)

Silverline North Pharma Group supports drug development and manufacturing around Little Rock. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on rollouts and implementations. You would join a small organisation of about 73 people based in Little Rock. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving batch records. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with batch records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Little Rock. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
