Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Las Vegas, NV)

We are growing our team at Summit Pike Manufacturing and adding a Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be rollouts and implementations. You would join a small organisation of about 50 people based in Las Vegas. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with production lines. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Las Vegas, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
