Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Las Vegas, NV)

Harborlight Loom Medical designs and makes medical devices in Las Vegas, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our rollouts and implementations. You would join a small organisation of about 195 people based in Las Vegas. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving training materials. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with training materials. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Las Vegas. • We reply to every applicant.
