Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Las Vegas, NV)

Lumen Beacon Staffing is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on rollouts and implementations for client orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 126 people based in Las Vegas. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving client orders. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with client orders. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Las Vegas, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
