Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Las Vegas, NV)

Harborlight Loom Medical builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Las Vegas, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our rollouts and implementations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving clinical evaluations. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with clinical evaluations. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Las Vegas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
