Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Las Vegas, NV)

Bluepeak Quarry Care Services is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Las Vegas. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on rollouts and implementations. Teams support each other, especially on hard days. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with care plans. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Las Vegas. • We reply to every applicant.
