Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Las Vegas, NV)

We are growing our team at Cedar Forge Energy and adding a Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be rollouts and implementations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving outage response. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with outage response. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Las Vegas, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
