Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Las Vegas, NV)

Lumen Cross Facilities Partners looks after properties across the Las Vegas region. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on rollouts and implementations. Clear communication between supervisors and crews matters. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving safety inspections. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with safety inspections. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Las Vegas, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
