Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Las Vegas, NV)

Bluepeak North Pharma supports drug development and manufacturing around Las Vegas, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our rollouts and implementations. Quality is everyone's job here, not a department. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving release testing. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with release testing. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Las Vegas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
