Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Las Vegas, NV)

Summit Pike Manufacturing is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on rollouts and implementations for tooling, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 17 people based in Las Vegas. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving tooling. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with tooling. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Las Vegas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
