Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Knoxville, TN)

Stonegate Bridge Energy is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on rollouts and implementations for service connections, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 182 people based in Knoxville. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with service connections.
