Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Knoxville, TN)

Ironwood Glen Legal Group is a law firm in Knoxville serving businesses and individuals, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our rollouts and implementations. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Knoxville. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving court deadlines. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with court deadlines. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Knoxville. • We reply to every applicant.
