Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Knoxville, TN)

Ironwood Ridge Auto Group serves drivers and dealerships across the Knoxville region, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our rollouts and implementations. You would join a large organisation of about 908 people based in Knoxville. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving warranty claims. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with warranty claims. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Knoxville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
