Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Knoxville, TN)

Summit Ember Medical is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on rollouts and implementations for regulatory submissions, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 44 people based in Knoxville. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving regulatory submissions. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with regulatory submissions. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Knoxville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
