Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Knoxville, TN)

Stonegate Vale Water Authority Group supplies drinking water and treats wastewater for Knoxville and nearby communities. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on rollouts and implementations. You would join a large organisation of about 553 people based in Knoxville. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving billing accounts. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with billing accounts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Knoxville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
