Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Knoxville, TN)

Lumen Cedar Legal Group is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on rollouts and implementations for intake forms, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving intake forms. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with intake forms. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Knoxville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
