Clearpath Corner Pharma Partners is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on rollouts and implementations for quality documentation, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We work to strict standards and value careful documentation. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving quality documentation. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with quality documentation. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Knoxville. • We reply to every applicant.
